Estamos em busca de um Analista de Projetos Pleno para atuação em uma grande empresa de Tecnologia.Responsabilidades e atribuições Planejar, acompanhar e conduzir projetos relacionados a URA e soluções de Contact Center;Acompanhar cronogramas, prazos, entregas, custos e escopo dos projetos;Fazer a interface entre clientes, áreas técnicas, fornecedores e demais stakeholders;Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento e alinhamento dos projetos;Acompanhar implantações, configurações, testes e homologações;Identificar riscos, desvios e impedimentos, propondo planos de ação;Elaborar status reports, apresentações e indicadores de acompanhamento;Garantir o registro e acompanhamento das atividades, decisões e pendências;Apoiar a gestão de mudanças e demandas ao longo do projeto;Garantir a organização da documentação e dos processos relacionados aos projetos;Atuar em conjunto com equipes de tecnologia, desenvolvimento, infraestrutura e Contact Center;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e entregas dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificações Experiência comprovada em gestão ou acompanhamento de projetos de tecnologia;Experiência com planejamento, cronogramas, prazos, escopo, riscos e acompanhamento de entregas;Experiência na interação com clientes, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares;Conhecimento em URA e/ou soluções de Contact Center;Vivência com implantação, integração, testes e homologação de soluções de tecnologia;Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos, como PMBOK, Scrum e/ou Kanban;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos, como MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana ou ARTIA;Boa capacidade de organização, comunicação e acompanhamento de múltiplas demandas;Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados. Experiência em projetos de Contact Center, URA, Omnichannel ou Telefonia IP;Conhecimento em plataformas de Contact Center, como Genesys Cloud;Vivência com integrações entre URA, CRM, APIs e demais sistemas;Conhecimento em tecnologias de voz, telefonia e protocolos como SIP;Experiência em projetos envolvendo cloud;Certificações ou cursos em gestão de projetos;Conhecimento em ITIL e/ou práticas de gestão de serviços de TI.Informações adicionaisBenefícios Vale Refeição: R$748,00 mensal; Curso Espanhol e Inglês In Company; Incentivo a educação.Modalidade de trabalhoHíbrido
