Aprendemos de novo. #SemMedoDeErrarResponsabilidades e atribuições Planejar as atividades da cadeia de projetos, com visão crítica do cronograma global, estabelecendo marcos, prioridades e antecipando riscos.Contratar e coordenar os projetos técnicos de todas as disciplinas envolvidas na implantação dos empreendimentos, desde a fase preliminar até a etapa executiva.Analisar criticamente os projetos recebidos, buscando a melhor solução técnica e econômica, considerando diretrizes legais, normativas e os padrões definidos pela empresa.Assegurar a compatibilização interdisciplinar dos projetos, identificando conflitos, propondo soluções e garantindo a integridade técnica do conjunto.Gerenciar prazos e entregas, garantindo que os cronogramas definidos em conjunto com as áreas de Incorporação e Novos Negócios (especialmente os compromissos contratuais com terrenistas e stakeholders) sejam cumpridos com rigor;Atuar em interface direta com as áreas de Incorporação, Novos Negócios e Obras, assegurando alinhamento das diretrizes do produto e viabilidade técnica das soluções propostas;Contribuir com a definição e desenvolvimento do produto, propondo melhorias técnicas que otimizem a execução, reduzam custos e aumentem a qualidade percebida pelo cliente;Organizar e manter atualizado o repositório de projetos e documentações técnicas dos empreendimentos sob sua responsabilidade;Controlar os custos dos projetos, atuando na negociação com projetistas, análise de escopo e otimização de soluções técnicas, sempre buscando a melhor relação custo-benefício;Estabelecer prioridades com base em prazos críticos, impacto técnico e viabilidade financeira, gerenciando múltiplos projetos simultaneamente;Analisar os indicadores da área e promover planos de ação para correção de rotas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Engenharia Civil;Conhecimento técnico sólido em projetos arquitetônicos e de infraestrutura urbana.Experiência com análise e compatibilização de projetos multidisciplinares.Familiaridade com processos de licenciamento urbanístico, ambiental e aprovação junto a concessionárias.Domínio em leitura e interpretação de normas técnicas e legislação urbanística.Capacidade de análise de custo e otimização de soluções técnicas.Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos e plataforma BIM (diferencial).Autocad, revit, excel, projeInformações adicionaisAssistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaVale Refeição/AlimentaçãoSeguro de VidaPrevidência PrivadaVale TransporteParcerias com instituições de ensinoDay off de AniversárioParceria WellhubPPRLicença parental estendida – 6 meses para mães e 30 dias para paisCondições especiais para adquirir o seu HMProgramas de saúde e bem-estar com equipe multidisciplinar
