Missão do Cargo:Responsável por planejar, coordenar e acompanhar projetos estratégicos e de alta complexidade, garantindo integração entre as áreas de negócio, Produtos, Tecnologia e fornecedores. Atua na governança das iniciativas, gestão de riscos, dependências, prazos e stakeholders, contribuindo para que os projetos sejam entregues dentro do escopo, prazo e qualidade esperados e estejam alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, conduzir e acompanhar projetos estratégicos e de alta complexidade, garantindo o cumprimento de escopo, cronograma, entregas e resultados esperados;Estruturar planos de projeto, cronogramas, roadmaps, indicadores e dashboards executivos para acompanhamento das iniciativas e do portfólio;Realizar a gestão do portfólio de projetos, apoiando a priorização de iniciativas junto às lideranças e garantindo alinhamento com as estratégias da companhia;Gerenciar backlog, riscos, dependências, impedimentos, mudanças de escopo e demais fatores que possam impactar a execução dos projetos, propondo planos de mitigação e resolução;Atuar como elo entre as áreas de Produtos, Tecnologia, Arquitetura, Infraestrutura, Negócios e fornecedores, promovendo integração e alinhamento entre os diferentes stakeholders;Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento, follow-ups, fóruns e comitês executivos, garantindo comunicação clara sobre evolução, riscos, decisões e próximos passos;Elaborar apresentações executivas e relatórios de status para Gerências, Superintendências e Diretoria, consolidando informações relevantes para tomada de decisão;Garantir a aplicação das metodologias e práticas de gestão de projetos adotadas pela companhia, contribuindo também para a evolução contínua da governança e dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.ExperiênciaExperiência sólida em gestão de projetos de Tecnologia e/ou Produtos;Experiência em gestão de projetos em ambientes multidisciplinares e de alta complexidade;Experiência com gestão de stakeholders, fornecedores, riscos, dependências e portfólio de projetos;Vivência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum, Lean/Kanban ou modelos híbridos, e práticas de gestão de projetos, como PMBOK ou similares;Experiência na elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores, relatórios e dashboards de projetos;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos, como Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Planner ou Trello;Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint em nível avançado;Experiência no mercado financeiro, incluindo bancos, financeiras, SCDs, fintechs ou instituições de pagamento.Requisitos Desejáveis:Experiência em projetos relacionados ao mercado financeiro, como PIX, Open Finance, Crédito Consignado, Crédito Pessoal, Cartões, Conta de Pagamento, PLD/FTP, Bacen, Core Banking ou integrações via APIs;Certificações em gestão de projetos e metodologias ágeis, como PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMI-ACP ou SAFe;Conhecimento em processos de Discovery, levantamento de requisitos e definição de soluções;Conhecimento em práticas de governança e gestão de portfólio de projetos;Visão sistêmica e capacidade de atuar na integração entre áreas de negócio e tecnologia;Capacidade de negociação, comunicação e liderança por influência;Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:🍽️ Vale Alimentação e Vale Refeição flexíveis pelo iFood Benefícios;🛒 Cesta Auxílio;🏥 Plano de Saúde – Unimed;🦷 Plano Odontológico – Qualimais Uniodonto;🏖️ Day Off de aniversário;🎁 Presente de aniversário creditado no cartão iFood Benefícios;🧸 Auxílio-Creche;🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub – convênio com academias;🏆 Participação de Lucros e Resultados.Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h.
