Apoiar na adaptação de metodologias e melhores práticas de gestão de projetos, conforme o porte, complexidade, número de stakeholders, orçamento, interfaces e riscos envolvidos. Responsável por colaborar na elaboração e manutenção de cronogramas, estruturação de dados, acompanhamento de entregas, gestão de riscos e consolidação de informações para geração de relatórios executivos e de desempenho dos projetos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:Apoiar o planejamento, detalhamento, estimativa de custos e cronograma de projetos; Participar de reuniões e elaborar relatórios técnicos da área;Auxiliar no gerenciamento de projetos, incluindo a definição de prazos, priorização de tarefas e atribuição de membros da equipe a várias entregas; Efetuar acompanhamento de campo para a realização de levantamentos orçamentários e auxiliar na implementação de projetos;Utilizar as melhores práticas de gerenciamento de projetos para aprimorar processos e conduzir projetos;Ter comunicação assertiva com os stakeholders dos projetos e todas as áreas da empresa;Analisar dados financeiros, incluindo orçamentos de projetos, riscos e alocação de recursos; Atuar no desenvolvimento do projeto e garantir que os membros da equipe realizem suas tarefas de forma eficiente, respeitando os padrões da empresa; Elaboração de políticas e processos novos e aprimorados dos projetos; Fazer a avaliação contínua dos projetos para garantir que atendam aos padrões da empresa, orçamentos e prazos; Documentar com precisão a criação, o desenvolvimento e a execução do projeto, bem como documentar o escopo, o orçamento e a justificativa do projeto.Identificar mudanças no escopo do trabalho no plano do projeto; Recomendar e implementar modificações para melhorar a eficácia e atingir os marcos do projeto; Verificar cronogramas e planos de gerenciamento de risco, e fornecer avisos graves e divergentes que afetam os resultados do projeto; Avaliar e analisar riscos / problemas para os resultados do projeto e desenvolver planos para mitigá-los e removê-los; Verificar o cronograma e status de desenvolvimento e apoiar o gerente de projeto na integração da linha de base; Coletar dados reais, atualizar o cronograma e status do projeto e desenvolver uma previsão de cronograma confiável com o apoio da equipe do projeto; Esclarecer a entrega dos dados e informações necessários do projeto às equipes de projeto; Preparar e apresentar relatórios internos e externos aos responsáveis da área;Avaliar o sucesso do projeto após a conclusão, comparando os resultados com os objetivos iniciais e identificando oportunidades de aprendizado;Entre outras atividades da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar você precisa:Superior Completo em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Civil e Engenharia Mecânica.Pós em Gerenciamento de projetos e/ou especializações na área de projetos e ou áreas correlatas (Diferencial).Conhecimento em Pacote office, Microsoft Project e AutoCAD.Inglês Nível (Intermediário).Atuação 100% presencial em Curitiba/PR.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale alimentaçãoRefeição no localEstacionamento gratuitoVale transportePlano de SaúdePlano odontológicoAuxilio Alimentação infantil PPRPrevidência PrivadaUniversidade Corporativa
