Responsabilidades e atribuições📝 Como vai ser o seu dia a dia?  Atuação em Sustentação: Analisar, reproduzir e validar correções de incidentes em ambientes de sustentação, garantindo a estabilidade operacional dos sistemas.Estratégia de Testes: Analisar requisitos e documentos técnicos para desenhar cenários de teste abrangentes, acompanhando até a etapa de aceite do usuário (UAT).Garantia de Qualidade de Ponta a Ponta: Projetar e executar testes funcionais, de regressão, integração e exploratórios em interfaces Web, Mobile e APIs.Validação de Dados: Realizar consultas e conferências em bancos de dados para homologação de regras de negócio e validação de cenários de teste.Colaboração Ativa: Atuar em conjunto com Desenvolvedores e Product Managers para identificar riscos de qualidade precocemente (Shift-Left).Métricas e Reporte: Criar relatórios de defeitos e cobertura de testes claros para apoiar a tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificações💡 Se liga no que precisa ter/saber: Lifelong Learning: Demonstrar proatividade em aprender novas ferramentas, linguagens e frameworks de teste de acordo com a necessidade do produto.Mentalidade de Estudo: Participar e promover sessões de compartilhamento de conhecimento (Tech Talks, Pair Testing) com o time.Adaptabilidade: Capacidade de transitar entre diferentes contextos (Web, Mobile, API) com base em fundamentos sólidos de engenharia de software.

Vivência no Setor de Seguros: Conhecimento prático da regra de negócio, terminologias e particularidades de produtos ou processos do mercado segurador.Atuação em Times de Sustentação: Experiência com investigação de causas-raiz de bugs, testes de regressão rápida e validação de hotfixes.Banco de Dados (SQL / NoSQL): Domínio em elaboração de consultas (queries de busca, junções e validações) para verificação de dados e geração de massa de testes.Vivência em QA: Experiência prática em testes manuais, exploratórios e de API (Postman, Insomnia ou similares).

Fundamentos de Automação: Sólido entendimento da lógica de automação de testes, arquitetura de testes e pirâmide de testes.Cultura Ágil: Prática com metodologias Ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e entendimento do papel do QA em squads de entrega contínua.Gestão de Testes: Experiência prática na gestão de casos de teste e defeitos em ferramentas como Jira, Xray ou Zephyr.

Diferenciais Técnicos (Nice to Have)Observabilidade: Vivência no uso do Datadog (ou ferramentas correlatas de APM/Logs) para análise de falhas e monitoramento de erros em produção.Frameworks de Automação: Experiência prática ou conceitual em automação com Playwright (Web) e/ou Appium (Mobile).Esteiras de Integração Contínua: Noções de integração de testes em pipelines de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).Soft SkillsHabilidade Analítica: Capacidade de decompor problemas complexos de produção e propor soluções simples.Comunicação: Saber explicar a causa-raiz de um defeito ou a estratégia de teste de forma clara para perfis técnicos e de negócio.Organização e Resiliência: Disciplina para gerenciar múltiplas prioridades e demandas críticas em um ambiente dinâmico.
