Trabalhamos com autonomia, colaboração e foco em gerar impacto de verdade.Se você gosta de construir, inovar e aprender todos os dias, vem ser #SouStix. 🚀 Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar análises de processos e fluxos do atendimento via BOT da central de atendimento Stix, garantindo performance do robô, redução de rechamada e elevado índice de avaliação de CSAT do atendimento automatizado;Criar e implementar novos fluxos para o atendimento do BOT de acordo com regras de negócio;Acompanhar desvios de volume e/ou KPIs do BOT, garantindo excelência na jornada de atendimento;Acompanhar e calibrar NLP e IA nos fluxos do BOT;Interagir com fornecedores, garantindo o entendimento sobre melhorias a serem feitas e bugs a serem corrigidos;Propor melhorias no atendimento do BOT.

Requisitos e qualificações Superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Atendimento, Comunicação, Tecnologia ou CX/UX (pós-graduação nessas áreas será considerado um diferencial)Experiência mínima de 2 anos na áreaDomínio do pacote Microsoft OfficeInglês básico (desejável)Espanhol básico (desejável)
