O profissional será responsável pela estruturação, padronização, governança e melhoria contínua dos processos institucionais, contribuindo para o aumento da eficiência operacional, qualidade das entregas, fortalecimento dos controles internos e apoio à transparência institucional, em alinhamento às diretrizes estratégicas do CIEE/PR e em integração com as áreas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia a dia:

Mapear, analisar e documentar processos institucionais, com foco em padronização, eficiência, clareza de papéis e redução de retrabalho. Apoiar a estruturação de fluxos, procedimentos, normas internas e controles operacionais, assegurando rastreabilidade e alinhamento às diretrizes institucionais. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, propondo soluções para otimização de processos, qualidade das entregas e fortalecimento da governança. Desenvolver, acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho, qualidade e eficiência dos processos, elaborando relatórios técnicos e executivos para apoio à tomada de decisão. Apoiar as áreas na implementação e aderência aos processos definidos, promovendo orientação, alinhamento e disseminação de boas práticas. Atuar de forma integrada com a área de Tecnologia da Informação quando houver impacto em sistemas, automações, CRM, ERP ou demais ferramentas, contribuindo com a visão processual, regras de negócio e aderência operacional, sem substituir as responsabilidades técnicas de desenvolvimento, parametrização ou sustentação tecnológica. Acompanhar auditorias externas contratadas pela instituição, apoiando a organização de evidências, o atendimento às recomendações, a análise de apontamentos e o acompanhamento dos planos de ação. Contribuir, em momento oportuno, para a estruturação de práticas de auditoria interna de processos, a partir da maturidade dos fluxos, controles e indicadores institucionais. Contribuir para o fortalecimento dos controles internos operacionais, identificando riscos processuais, fragilidades de fluxo e oportunidades de melhoria. Manter organizada e atualizada a documentação institucional de processos, fluxos, procedimentos e controles, garantindo acesso, padronização e atualização contínua. Atuar de forma transversal com as áreas, promovendo cultura de qualidade, melhoria contínua, responsabilidade processual e alinhamento entre planejamento estratégico e execução operacional. Realizar demais atividades compatíveis com o cargo conforme orientação do gestor ou necessidade da instituição.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Administração, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.Desejável Pós-graduação em Gestão de Processos, Qualidade, Governança, Controladoria, Gestão Estratégica ou áreas correlatas.Desejável vivência na condução de iniciativas de estruturação e melhoria de processos organizacionais e contribuição para o fortalecimento da governança institucional.
