Apoiar na validação de cenários de negócio complexos (ex.: emissão, manutenção, baixa e fluxos diversos), garantindo aderência aos requisitos.  Identificar, registrar e acompanhar defeitos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos produtos. Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (planning, review e retrospectiva), colaborando com insights sobre qualidade. Apoiar na organização e evidência dos testes executados, garantindo rastreabilidade e visibilidade das validações.  Contribuir com a melhoria de processos de QA e fluxo de atendimento de chamados. Atuar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento, requisitos e implantação para validação de entregas em ambientes integrados. Apoiar na análise de incidentes e troubleshooting, contribuindo na identificação de causa raiz.
