Você é apaixonado(a) por tecnologia e inovação?  💡 No Grupo SysMap – que reúne SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs e triggo.ai – acreditamos que grandes resultados nascem de pessoas incríveis.  Somos uma empresa brasileira de tecnologia que, desde 1999, ajuda organizações a superar desafios complexos e acelerar sua transformação digital.   Nossa atuação abrange diversos segmentos, como Telecom, Varejo, Educação, Financeiro, Indústria/Cosméticos e Energia, sempre com foco em soluções inovadoras e de alto impacto.   👉 Candidate-se agora e construa o futuro da tecnologia conosco!  Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir, implementar e evoluir a estratégia de testes da organização, abrangendo testes funcionais, integração, regressão, end-to-end (E2E) e exploratórios, assegurando cobertura adequada dos requisitos, mitigação de riscos e aumento da confiabilidade das entregas;Atuar como referência em qualidade de software, influenciando decisões técnicas e apoiando equipes de desenvolvimento, produto e negócio na adoção de boas práticas que contribuam para a estabilidade e excelência das soluções;Projetar, desenvolver e manter frameworks de automação de testes utilizando Java e Robot Framework, promovendo escalabilidade, padronização, reutilização de componentes e otimização dos processos de validação;Implementar e sustentar a abordagem BDD (Behavior Driven Development) por meio da utilização de Gherkin, garantindo rastreabilidade entre requisitos, critérios de aceite e cenários de teste, além de maior alinhamento entre áreas técnicas e de negócio;Atuar estrategicamente na construção e evolução de pipelines CI/CD, utilizando ferramentas como Jenkins e GitLab, integrando a automação de testes ao fluxo DevOps e fortalecendo a cultura de qualidade contínua;Monitorar e analisar logs, métricas e indicadores de qualidade, identificando tendências, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria, bem como propondo e acompanhando ações preventivas e corretivas;Administrar e acompanhar o ciclo de testes por meio de ferramentas como Jira e Xray, garantindo governança, rastreabilidade, visibilidade das entregas e conformidade com os processos estabelecidos;Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares na definição de critérios de aceite, planejamento das validações, revisão de requisitos e acompanhamento das entregas, assegurando a qualidade desde as etapas iniciais do desenvolvimento;Contribuir para a evolução contínua dos processos de QA, promovendo boas práticas, automação, padronização e melhoria da eficiência operacional dos times de tecnologia. Requisitos e qualificaçõesSólida experiência com automação de testes utilizando Java e Robot Framework.Forte vivência com BDD (Behavior Driven Development) e escrita de cenários em Gherkin.Experiência consolidada em testes de integração, incluindo APIs e serviços REST e SOAP.Conhecimento prático em bancos de dados SQL Server e MongoDB.Experiência com ferramentas de CI/CD, como Jenkins e GitLab.Vivência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de testes, especialmente Jira e Xray.Experiência no acompanhamento de métricas de qualidade, análise de logs e monitoramento de indicadores.Capacidade de estruturar, implementar e evoluir processos de qualidade de software.Inglês fluente para participação em reuniões, alinhamentos técnicos e elaboração de documentação.DiferenciaisExperiência em ambientes Cloud, preferencialmente IBM Cloud.Vivência no segmento de Seguros.Certificações em Qualidade de Software, como ISTQB CTFL, CTAL e Agile Tester.Conhecimento de Espanhol.Experiência na criação, padronização e evolução de processos de testes automatizados.Capacidade de atuar como referência técnica em iniciativas de qualidade e automação.Idioma NecessárioEspanhol Avançado.Formação AcadêmicaEnsino Superior completo em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas.
