Gestão de Incidentes e Problemas:  Analisar a causa raiz de quedas de servidores ou redes (Post-Mortem) para criar planos de ação preventivos e evitar reincidências

Definição de Métricas e KPIs: Monitorar indicadores operacionais cruciais como o SLA (Acordo de Nível de Serviço), Uptime (tempo de atividade) e RTO/RPO (metas de recuperação de desastres)

Conformidade (Compliance) e Auditoria:  Assegurar que a infraestrutura cumpre normas regulamentórias de segurança e qualidade
