A vaga: Esta vaga é destinada a um(a) Analista de Qualidade Pleno (QA) que atuará alocado(a) em um squad de desenvolvimento em um cliente do setor de energia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia-a-dia você vai: Atuar de forma integrada ao squad de desenvolvimento do cliente, trabalhando em conjunto com PO, desenvolvedores, UX/UI e demais profissionais envolvidos.

Participar das cerimônias ágeis do squad, contribuindo ativamente para o planejamento e acompanhamento das entregas.

Analisar requisitos, histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite, identificando inconsistências, riscos e possíveis cenários de falha.

Elaborar cenários e casos de teste considerando as regras de negócio e os diferentes fluxos da aplicação.

Executar testes funcionais, exploratórios, de integração, regressão e validação de regras de negócio.

Validar as funcionalidades desenvolvidas antes da disponibilização para homologação e/ou produção.

Identificar, registrar, documentar e acompanhar bugs e não conformidades, garantindo sua correta tratativa.

Trabalhar em conjunto com os desenvolvedores na investigação, reprodução e validação da correção de defeitos.

Realizar testes de regressão para garantir que novas implementações não impactem funcionalidades existentes.

Registrar evidências dos testes realizados e manter a documentação de qualidade atualizada.

Contribuir para a definição e evolução dos critérios de aceite e Definition of Done (DoD) do squad.

Apoiar o processo de homologação junto ao PO e stakeholders do cliente.

Identificar riscos de qualidade antecipadamente, atuando de forma preventiva durante o ciclo de desenvolvimento.

Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, padrões e práticas de qualidade utilizados pelo squad.

Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades para automação de testes, quando aplicável.

Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade e contribuir para a redução de bugs, retrabalho e reincidência de problemas.

Utilizar ferramentas e recursos de IA para apoiar atividades de análise, criação de cenários, testes e ganho de produtividade, quando aplicável.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer parte do time você deve ter: Autonomia, visão crítica e postura propositiva, sendo capaz de questionar requisitos, antecipar problemas e sugerir melhorias e não apenas executar testes previamente definidos.
