Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Qualidade Pleno, sendo responsável por gerenciar Planos de Ação de clientes e internos, investigar não conformidades com análise de causa raiz e coordenar ações corretivas/preventivas, garantindo a melhoria contínua dos processos. Essa posição terá interface direta com produção, PCP, processos, comercial e clientes (montadoras), acompanhando indicadores de qualidade, validando processos produtivos, mantendo Plano de Controle e Fluxograma de Processo, e conduzindo auditorias de certificação (IATF) e conformidade com a ISO 9001. Procuramos um perfil analítico, organizado e proativo, com domínio de ferramentas da qualidade (5W2H, PDCA, 5 Porquês) e vivência no segmento automotivo.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponder e gerenciar Planos de Ação de clientes/internos (PAI's), com integração entre produção, PCP, processos e comercial, para atendimento de reclamações e melhoria contínuaOrientar inspetores sobre demandas de contenção, disseminar critérios de aceitação (book de defeitos) e elaborar relatórios de qualidade para clientesAtender clientes em visitas internas/externas e via portal, tratando requisitos específicos, devoluções/retrabalhos e embarques controladosAcompanhar indicadores de qualidade e propor melhorias contínuasInvestigar não conformidades internas e externas, com análise de causa raiz e coordenação de ações corretivas/preventivasDesenvolver e manter Plano de Controle e Fluxograma de ProcessoRealizar validação de processos produtivos, garantindo estabilidade e capacidadeAcompanhar auditorias de certificação e de clientes ( IATF 16949), garantindo conformidade com a ISO 9001Elaborar documentação conforme requisitos específicos de clientes (ex.: PPAP...)

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Superior completo em Gestão da Qualidade, Engenharia de Produção, Mecânica ou áreas correlatasNormas e sistemas de gestão: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 (auditoria de processo)Metodologias e ferramentas core do setor automotivo: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, CEP/SPC, Diagrama de Ishikawa, 8DPacote Office avançado (principalmente Excel) e, idealmente, Power BI para indicadoresConhecimento em auditoria interna e tratamento de não conformidadesCompetências comportamentais: comunicação com clientes e áreas internas, organização, proatividade, resiliência sob pressão de prazos, capacidade analítica
