Estamos em busca de um Analista da Qualidade Pleno para atuar de forma híbrida em Curitiba/PR, com atuação parcialmente residente em cliente da indústria automotiva. O profissional será responsável por gerenciar reclamações de clientes, monitorar KPIs de qualidade e conduzir ações corretivas (8D/PSS/A3), garantindo a implementação dos requisitos de qualidade na Böllhoff.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesElaborar e controlar documentação de qualidade de pós-vendas (linha própria e comprada);Monitorar KPIs de qualidade de clientes e atuar em estratégias de melhoria contínua;Gerenciar ações corretivas com clientes e fornecedores (8D / PSS / A3), garantindo eficácia e prazo;Garantir a implementação dos requisitos de qualidade dos clientes na Böllhoff;Participar de auditorias e avaliações técnicas de clientes;Atuar como interface com áreas internas (produção, manufatura, suprimentos, engenharia de produto);Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua e redução do custo da não qualidade;Dar suporte a clientes e fornecedores no âmbito do SGQ e SGA;Realizar interface técnica com outras unidades Böllhoff no Brasil e no exterior;Analisar registros estatísticos de qualidade e propor ações preventivas e corretivas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino Superior completo em Qualidade, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em tratativa de reclamações de clientes em empresa metalúrgica ou automotiva;Noções de PPAP, MASP / 8D;Inglês intermediário (reuniões e comunicações técnicas com clientes e unidades internacionais);CNH ativa;Pacote Office intermediário/avançado;Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação residente em cliente.Diferenciais
