Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar a estratégia de qualidade e testes do produto, realizando o levantamento, planejamento, priorização e gestão dos cenários de testes, considerando requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, riscos, integrações e impactos na jornada do cliente; Definir, desenvolver e evoluir a estratégia de automação de testes, identificando os cenários prioritários para automação e garantindo cobertura adequada dos fluxos críticos, APIs, integrações, aplicações e jornadas digitais; Atuar de forma preventiva na qualidade das entregas, participando desde o refinamento e definição dos critérios de aceite, identificando riscos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria antes do desenvolvimento e contribuindo para redução de defeitos e retrabalho; Garantir a rastreabilidade e documentação da qualidade do produto, mantendo atualizados os cenários e evidências de testes, defeitos, critérios de aceite, resultados das execuções e demais informações necessárias para suportar homologações, releases e auditorias;Atuar como referência técnica de qualidade para a squad, apoiando desenvolvedores, Product Owner e demais integrantes na definição e disseminação de boas práticas, conduzindo análises de causa raiz de defeitos e incidentes e propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos, ferramentas e indicadores de qualidade.Requisitos e qualificações Experiência em análise, levantamento de requisitos e funcionalidades; Elaboração de mapeamentos e gestão de cenários de testes, defeitos, melhorias e especificação funcional e report de bugs; Escritas de testes ágeis com BDD; Conhecimento em automação com Cypress, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Playwright; Experiência com banco de dados transacionais e não transacionais Oracle, SQL Server e MongoDB; Experiência em arquitetura e testes de sistemas distribuídos, com Microsserviços e APIs RESTful; Experiência com práticas de qualidade como testes unitários, de integração, code review, pair programming; Experiência com criação e gestão de filas utilizando o RabbitMQ ou Kafka; Experiência em administrar releases, versionamento com GitLab e outras práticas ligadas a CI/CD; Vivência com arquitetura de microsserviços e comunicação entre serviços; Vivência e experiência com Métodos Ágeis (Scrum, Kanban); Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de gerenciamento de atividades (Jira).Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação e Refeição (valor total R$ 2.097,79);Plano de Saúde Unimed Unimax com a possibilidade de inclusão de dependentes;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Convênio com a rede de farmácias;Auxílio creche;Vale transporte;TotalPass;Cartão Ticket Plus.Além desses benefícios contamos com:Um Micromarket dentro de nossa empresa;Participação nos resultados;Gratificação natalina.
