Responsabilidades e atribuições O QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO ANALISTA DE QUALIDADE SR.Atuar na gestão, manutenção e melhoria contínua do Sistema de Gestão Integrado (SGI), assegurando sua aderência aos requisitos aplicáveis;Apoiar a implementação, manutenção e certificação das normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, ISO 37301 e ISO 39001;Gerenciar documentos, procedimentos, processos e registros;Acompanhar e tratar não conformidades, realizando análise de causas e monitorando planos de ação até sua conclusão;Planejar, conduzir e acompanhar auditorias internas, bem como acompanhar auditorias externas e processos de certificação;Apoiar as áreas na padronização, revisão e melhoria dos processos;Acompanhar o atendimento aos requisitos legais, contratuais, normativos e do PER;Apoiar a preparação das áreas para auditorias, certificações e verificações, garantindo a organização das evidências necessárias;Atuar na gestão da qualidade de fornecedores, acompanhando requisitos, indicadores, não conformidades e planos de ação;Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores, relatórios e apresentações gerenciais;Promover a disseminação da cultura de qualidade, conformidade, integridade, segurança viária e melhoria contínua;Atuar de forma integrada com as demais áreas da Concessionária, apoiando a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e o fortalecimento dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificações O QUE PRECISAMOSEnsino Superior completo em Gestão da Qualidade, Engenharia Ambiental, Administração

ou áreas correlatasExperiência na área de Qualidade, Sistema de Gestão Integrado (SGI) ou áreas correlatas Conhecimento das normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 e ISO 39001Experiência com auditorias, tratamento de não conformidades, análise de causas e gestão de planos de açãoConhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade e melhoria contínua, como PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês e MASPCNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagensExperiência em empresas de infraestrutura, concessões ou operações rodoviáriasDIFERENCIAISPós-graduação/MBA em Gestão Integrada, Auditoria, Engenharia da Qualidade ou áreas correlatasFormação como Auditor Interno de Sistemas de Gestão
