Há mais de 65 anos a Moura contribuí com novas ideias e tecnologias para termos as melhores soluções em energia e mover o futuro.Aqui, respeitamos e incentivamos a diversidade, acreditando nas pessoas e em sua capacidade de realização e desenvolvimento.Se você se identifica com um clima inovador que te proporcione desafios contínuos, vem com a gente!Que tal fazer parte dessa energia? #VemSerMoura! 〽️Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar auditorias de processo (2ª parte) em fornecedores, conforme os critérios ISO9001, ISO14001;Conduzir análises de falhas e aplicar metodologias de resolução de problemas, como 8D, MASP, 5 Porquês e Ishikawa;Avaliar e coordenar a documentação técnica, como PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Planos de Controle, Fluxogramas de Processo e IQF;Apoiar tecnicamente os fornecedores em processos de melhoria contínua, alterações de engenharia e lançamentos de novos produtos;Monitorar indicadores de qualidade dos fornecedores (como PPM, OTD e reclamações), assegurando o atendimento aos KPIs definidos pela Organização;Interagir com áreas correlatas na análise e aprovação de mudanças e novos desenvolvimentos;Participar de fóruns de qualidade com clientes e fornecedores para tratativas técnicas e alinhamento de requisitos;Participar de projetos locais e globais relacionados à cadeia de suprimentos e à qualidade de fornecedores;Elaborar e revisar documentos técnicos, como relatórios de qualificação, planos de auditoria e procedimentos operacionais;Promover a cultura da qualidade e disseminar boas práticas de qualificação dentro da Organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos?Formação:Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharias e afins.Experiência:Experiência com qualificação de fornecedores, Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Controle de Qualidade ou Produção especialmente em indústrias. Conhecimentos técnico necessário:Inglês fluente para comunicação técnica;Conhecimento ISO9001, ISO14001;Conhecimento nas ferramentas de qualidade APQP e PPAP.Certificações Obrigatórias:ISO9001 e ISO14001.Você se destaca, se tiver:Experiência em projetos de nacionalização de componentes;Vivência técnica com fornecedores/clientes internacionais e/ou produtos exclusivos;Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos;Conhecimento aplicado em metodologias ágeis;Conhecimento em mandarim;Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing;Habilidade com ferramentas de BI;Capacidade de leitura e análise crítica de desenhos técnicos e requisitos de clientes;Conhecimento na IATF16949 e ISO45001.Informações adicionaisO que ofertamos?No nosso jeito Moura de ser acreditamos que as pessoas são a energia para mover o futuro.
