Realizar a abertura de vagas à nível Brasil; Divulgar as vagas em toda a plataforma de R&S; Garantir a triagem de currículos e realizar entrevistas por competências; Elaborar e emitir parecer comportamental sobre os candidatos entrevistados e realizar o envio à gestão; Garantir retorno aos candidatos que não avançarão no processo; Programar roteiros de integração e Onboarding entre as áreas; Realizar boas-vindas ao novo colaborador com informações da empresa e de RH; Garantir e alimentar o banco de talentos nacional. Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter?Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Gestão de RH e/ou areas correlatas;Experiência em alto volume de vagas;Conhecimento no Excel;Vivência com a ferramenta da Sólides e profiler serão um diferencial.
