Venha fazer parte de nosso equipe atuando como Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar recrutamento e seleção de pessoal, a fim de preencher as vagas existentes na Empresa, acompanhando as requisições de pessoal provenientes de todas as Unidades. Analisar candidatos e/ou currículos de acordo com perfil solicitado pelos gestores. Avaliar requisitos de candidatos de acordo com as exigências da área solicitante, bem como a Descrição de Cargos da Empresa.Fazer entrevistas individuais e/ou coletivas, bem como aplicação de provas, encaminhando candidatos para posterior avaliação psicológica, quando necessário.Acompanhar processo de admissão: conferência de documentos, emissão de requisição de exame admissional, encaminhamento para exame, solicitação e encaminhamento do colaborador para realização de procedimento de integração, providenciar assinatura nos termos admissionais, envio de avaliações de experiência, repasse de termos admissionais para abertura de pastas com os dados do novo colaborador.Realizar o cadastro/exclusão dos colaboradores nos relógios pontos das unidades e, acompanhar a manutenção/troca dos equipamentos sempre que necessário.Efetuar pesquisa salarial e de benefícios, conforme solicitação.Atualizar e elaborar relatórios gerenciais, mantendo contato com diversos setores, sanando dúvidas de colaboradores.Analisar e executar as atividades relativas à remuneração e benefícios, otimizando procedimentos e acompanhamento das aplicações dos acordos coletivos, aumentos individuais e antecipações salariais.Participar no desenvolvimento do plano de cargos e salários da empresa, descrevendo cargos, analisando e avaliando funções.Participar de atividades na rotina de Departamento Pessoal conforme necessidade.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, incluindo triagem, entrevistas e avaliação de candidatos;

Conhecimento em divulgação de vagas e busca ativa de candidatos;

Domínio de ferramentas de recrutamento e seleção e sistemas como Gupy;

Conhecimento em entrevistas por competências e técnicas de seleção;

Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de gestão de prazos;

Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office;

Perfil analítico, proativo, dinâmico e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
