Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar e conduzir etapas dos processos seletivos de posições de Campo e Corporativo, exclusivas para PcD;Realizar triagem e análise de currículos de acordo com o perfil das posições;Realizar contato e acompanhamento dos candidatos ao longo do processo seletivo;Apoiar o alinhamento de perfil e o acompanhamento das demandas junto aos gestores;Realizar a divulgação das vagas em diferentes canais;Acompanhar os processos na plataforma de recrutamento, mantendo informações e etapas atualizadas;Apoiar o controle de prazos, indicadores e status das vagas;Acompanhar junto aos candidatos a documentação necessária ao processo, incluindo solicitação e recebimento de laudos;Encaminhar documentos e laudos às áreas responsáveis, acompanhando o andamento das análises;Apoiar a organização dos controles e informações relacionados aos processos de PcD;Contribuir para uma experiência acolhedora, clara e respeitosa para os candidatos durante todo o processo seletivo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas relacionadas;Interesse em atuar com Recursos Humanos e processos de Atração & Seleção;Organização e atenção aos detalhes, principalmente para acompanhamento de documentos e prazos;Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;Facilidade para realizar contato com diferentes públicos;Perfil acolhedor, responsável e colaborativo;Conhecimento básico em Excel ou Google Planilhas.
