Responsável pelo Recrutamento e Seleção de vagas operacionais, técnicas e administrativas, visando atração de profissionais para melhoria da mão de obra com base no negócio, levando em consideração a estratégia da empresa, a fim de atender as necessidades dos clientes internos na busca por resultados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAlinhar os perfis das vagas de acordo com a descrição de cargos e alinhamento com o cliente interno, visando selecionar os profissionais adequados ao perfil definido;Assegurar o processo de Recrutamento externo e interno através de fontes adequadas, bem como a seleção de pessoal, cumprindo com o perfil do cargo, perfil do profissional, respeitando as competências, habilidades e conhecimentos técnicos definidos pela empresa;Acompanhar o time de loja de Recrutamento e Seleção de loja, na entrega de vagas operacionais, direcionando ações de melhoria;Realizar entrevistas de desligamento, com o objetivo de levantar dados referentes ao desligamento que possam servir como subsídio para análises ou desdobramento de planos de ação;Enviar a proposta de trabalho para os candidatos aprovados;Recrutar e selecionar profissionais de todos os níveis hierárquicos da empresa através de entrevista por competência;Aplicar e analisar o questionário metodologia DISC para cargos específicos (nível gestão), visando identificar se o candidato tem o perfil para a posição;Zelar pela ordem, guarda e conservação dos materiais, equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade e do local de trabalho, bem como manter a organização da documentação referente ao processo de trabalho;Realizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função e aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário possuir ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Pacote Office Intermediário: Word, Excel, Power point;Diferencial ter atuado no ramo do varejo, com alta demanda (Atacado, Hipermercado etc)Diferencial conhecer a Metodologia DISC;Diferencial conhecer a plataforma de ATS GupyInformações adicionaisLocal de trabalho:04 dias de forma presencial na região da Vila Leopoldina/Lapa (ZO-SP) e 01 dia de home office. Benefícios:Vale-RefeiçãoCartão MultibeneficiosTotalpassVale-TransporteAssistência médica - opcional por adesão após 90 dias de empresa.Assistência odontológicaSeguro de vidaDescontos em Instituições de Ensino para graduação, pós e cursos de extensãoRoldão Mais: Aqui o colaborador tem desconto nas lojas Roldão Atacadista, pagando preço de atacadoKit maternidadeUniversidade Corporativa - Academia Roldão: Participação em treinamentos, com trilha de aprendizagem especifica para cada colaborador.
