Seguindo o Princípio de que “tudo que merece ser feito, merece ser bem feito“, desde 1976 a Engeform Engenharia atua em diversos segmentos, com mais de seiscentos empreendimentos e obras entregues. Se você é apaixonado(a) por identificar talentos e conectá-los a grandes projetos, gosta de atuar com perfis técnicos e contribuir diretamente para o crescimento de uma empresa sólida no setor de Engenharia, então essa oportunidade pode ser para você!Estamos com uma oportunidade para a unidade de Engenharia para atuar como Analista de R&S (Talent Acquisition).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a)profissional com olhar estratégico, capacidade analítica e habilidade para conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, especialmente para posições técnicas e de engenharia.Aqui, você terá papel fundamental na construção de equipes que viabilizam obras, projetos e entregas de grande impacto.Atribuições:Conduzir processos seletivos completos (alinhamento de perfil, divulgação, hunting, entrevistas e pareceres);Atuar com vagas administrativas, técnicas e operacionais (engenheiros, técnicos, equipe administrativa de obras, entre outros);Desenvolver estratégias de atração de talentos para o setor de Engenharia e Construção;Realizar mapeamento de mercado e hunting ativo;Apoiar gestores na definição de perfis e tomada de decisão;Acompanhar indicadores de recrutamento (tempo de fechamento, qualidade da contratação, SLA);Apoiar na implantação de IA (Inteligência artificial) nos processos de seleção para otimizar tempo de fechamento de vagas de grande volume.
