Nossa empresa tem crescido muito nos últimos anos, e encontramos a necessidade de novos talentos para nos ajudar a manter este crescimento em ascensão.Buscamos um(a) profissional responsável, que tenha boas habilidades de negociação e metodologias de processos, para analisar os processos de compras, armazenagem e movimentação de produtos. Venha fazer parte do nosso time de sucesso!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescriçãoAtuação com recrutamento e seleção de todos os níveis administrativos (estagiários, assistentes, analistas, engenheiros, coordenadores, operacionais e etc) -Realizar o levantamento do perfil do cargo com o gestor solicitante e todo o processo até a indicação dos perfis finalistas. Treinamento - LNT, desenvolver treinamentos internos (conteúdo, material e estrutura) desde a integração até técnicos e alguns comportamentais. Para treinamentos gerenciais/específicos, levantar fornecedores, cotação, inscrição, etc. Elabora cursos internos on line, não apenas buscar no mercado. Desenvolvimento - acompanhar o ciclo de avaliação de desempenho (competências, metas e PDI). Endomarketing - auxiliar com as ações internas juntamente com marketing (e-mail mkt, brindes no Dia das Mães, festa de confraternização, etc)Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Psicologia. Experiência na área.Conhecimento em Excel intermediário;Bom relacionamento interpessoal e boa comunicação;Facilidade de organização e cumprimento de prazos; Habilidades de negociação e levantamento de informações.  Conhecimento sobre indicadores e ferramentas. Informações adicionaisContratação PJ
