Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos seletivos end-to-end para posições administrativas, jurídicas e estratégicas, desde o alinhamento de perfil até a admissão dos candidatos;Realizar hunting ativo, triagem de currículos, entrevistas por competências e elaboração de pareceres para gestores;Gerenciar o pipeline de candidatos, garantindo uma experiência positiva por meio de comunicação assertiva, acompanhamento contínuo e feedbacks estruturados;Atuar em ações de atração de talentos e fortalecimento da marca empregadora em parceria com as áreas internas;Mapear perfis profissionais e manter bancos de talentos estratégicos atualizados;Administrar e otimizar ferramentas de ATS, assegurando a qualidade das informações e indicadores de recrutamento;Conduzir processos admissionais, integração e onboarding de novos colaboradores;Apoiar iniciativas de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, incluindo levantamento de necessidades, organização logística de treinamentos, acompanhamento de programas de desenvolvimento e controle de indicadores da área;Apoiar ações de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO), contribuindo para programas de desempenho, clima organizacional, engajamento e desenvolvimento de lideranças;Elaborar e monitorar indicadores de RH, fornecendo análises e relatórios para suporte à tomada de decisão;Atuar de forma integrada com os demais subsistemas de Recursos Humanos, contribuindo para projetos e demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas;Garantir conformidade dos processos, promovendo boas práticas e alinhamento às políticas internas da organização.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesResidir em São Paulo ou Grande São Paulo;Formação superior completa em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou cursos correlatos;Experiência atuando em RH de escritórios jurídicos ou consultorias com foco em escritórios de advocacia;Experiência com hunting ativo;Experiência com ATS (Gupy).Requisitos Diferenciais:Experiencia LinkedIn Recruiter (desejável).Informações adicionaisBoa oratória e escrita;Organização;Gestão de tempo;Comprometimento;Foco;Proatividade.
