PAPÉIS E RESPONSABILIDADES

Atuar junto às agências da Regional SP (FRANCA E REGIÃO) no apoio às estratégias de recuperação de crédito, acompanhamento de indicadores, sistemas e processos operacionais; Identificar, acompanhar e atuar nos casos de inadimplência de maior relevância e complexidade; Realizar negociações, renegociações e visitas presenciais aos associados, buscando soluções sustentáveis para regularização das operações; Apoiar as agências e gerentes de negócio na definição e execução de estratégias de cobrança e recuperação de crédito; Garantir o cumprimento da régua de cobrança, políticas e procedimentos da Cooperativa; Acompanhar acordos, refinanciamentos, garantias e demais negociações realizadas, contribuindo para a redução da inadimplência; Analisar informações de crédito, capacidade de pagamento, riscos e garantias, subsidiando ações de recuperação; Conduzir reuniões com associados, advogados, garantidores e demais envolvidos nos processos de recuperação; Apoiar demandas operacionais relacionadas a diligências, buscas e apreensões, consolidação de propriedade e atuação junto a cartórios e órgãos competentes; Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para o alcance dos indicadores da área.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira, Direito ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em recuperação de crédito, cobrança, negociação, análise ou concessão de crédito, preferencialmente em instituição financeira; Conhecimento sobre ciclo de crédito, análise de risco, políticas de crédito e produtos financeiros; Capacidade analítica, organização e gestão simultânea de diferentes demandas; Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com forte habilidade de negociação e condução de acordos; Habilidade para conduzir reuniões e negociações com associados, advogados e demais partes envolvidas; Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel; Perfil proativo, resiliente, com autonomia, senso de urgência e foco em resultados; Empatia e habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal; CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos frequentes; Veículo próprio e formação/conhecimento jurídico serão diferenciais.
