Se você se identifica com o cooperativismo, gosta de pessoas, de transformar vidas e deixar legados, quer crescer pessoalmente e profissionalmente, está sempre pronto para novos desafios e tem sempre com você: Iniciativa, pro atividade, relacionamento para soluções de problemas e eficiência para resultados.Seu lugar é aqui com a gente transformando vidas!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar, propor e implementar estratégias de recuperação de crédito, nas fases extrajudicial e judicial, visando a melhoria contínua dos resultados;Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho das ações de cobrança e de seus canais, apoiando a tomada de decisão estratégica;Desenvolver e implementar instruções de trabalho, fluxos e manuais de cobrança, alinhados ao perfil da cooperativa e cooperados e às melhores práticas do mercado;Avaliar a relação custo x eficiência das ações de recuperação de crédito, propondo iniciativas para otimização de despesas;Acompanhar e analisar o desempenho das assessorias de cobrança extrajudicial e judicial, garantindo eficiência na gestão da carteira;Analisar e conduzir negociações com devedores de alto valor, advogados representantes e demais partes envolvidas;Realizar visitas in loco, quando necessário, para suporte às negociações e análises de garantias;Prestar suporte técnico no recebimento e análise de documentos legais, orientando Postos de Atendimento e áreas internas;Atuar na condução de Dação em Pagamento, Reintegração de Posse e Consolidação de Propriedade;Desenvolver planos de reorganização financeira personalizados, propondo soluções aderentes à realidade do cooperado;Contribuir com projetos, campanhas e melhorias relacionadas à recuperação de crédito, utilizando dados, análises e feedbacks;Apoiar a área no cumprimento do Planejamento Estratégico e OKRs;Atender auditorias internas e externas, assegurando o cumprimento das normas legais, regulatórias (BACEN), políticas e procedimentos internos;Identificar e desenvolver relacionamento com novos parceiros e fornecedores estratégicos;Executar outras atividades inerentes ao cargo e às responsabilidades comuns do Sistema Ailos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário:Graduação completa em Direito;Possui OAB ativaJá ter atuado com Recuperação de crédito (extrajudicial e judicial)Conhecimento Legislação aplicada à cobrança, garantias e contratos;Conhecimento de Normativos e resoluções do BACEN.Diferencial:Especialização cursando em Gestão de Crédito, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;Atuação ou vivência prática com: Processos judiciais de cobrança, busca e apreensão, retomada de garantias; Relacionamento técnico com escritórios jurídicos e assessorias externas; Power BI e análise de indicadores.Matemática financeira;Técnicas de negociação.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação/Refeição: R$ 2.100,00Plano de Saúde Nacional: Para colaboradores e dependentesPlano Odontológico Nacional: Para colaboradores e dependentesSeguro de Vida: inclui cobertura para dependentesVale TransporteDay Off – Dia de folga no mês de aniversário de vidaLicença Maternidade/Paternidade Estendida + Presentes para novos papais e BabyPrevidência PrivadaPPR - Participação dos resultadosAuxílio InstruçãoAuxílio Creche/ BabáCampanha anual de vacinação da GripeGoGoodPRIVACIDADE E PROTEÇÃO DE DADOSO Sistema Ailos utilizará os dados fornecidos durante sua candidatura para fins relacionados aos processos seletivos e oportunidades profissionais, inclusive por meio de plataformas parceiras de recrutamento.
