Estamos em busca de um Analista de Recuperação de Crédito com forte perfil analítico, orientação a dados e experiência em projetos de cobrança.O profissional fará parte de uma equipe de alta performance e terá papel importante na evolução da área, transformando dados em informações para tomada de decisão e participando ativamente de projetos de melhoria, automação e implantação de novas soluções de cobrança.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores e dashboards de cobrança e recuperação de crédito;Analisar carteiras, comportamento de inadimplência, performance das estratégias e resultados de recuperação;Estruturar bases de dados e gerar análises e insights para suporte à gestão;Apoiar o desenvolvimento e evolução de réguas, estratégias e políticas de cobrança;Participar de projetos de implantação e evolução de sistemas e plataformas de cobrança;Apoiar integrações com assessorias, fornecedores e demais parceiros da operação;Identificar oportunidades de automação, eficiência operacional e melhoria de performance;Acompanhar KPIs e apoiar a gestão na construção de planos de ação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em Cobrança, Recuperação de Crédito ou áreas relacionadas;Vivência em projetos de cobrança, implantação/evolução de sistemas, automação ou melhoria de processos;Forte perfil analítico e orientado a dados, com capacidade de transformar informações em insights para tomada de decisão;Conhecimento de SQL para consulta, tratamento e análise de bases de dados;Conhecimento de Power BI, incluindo construção e acompanhamento de dashboards e indicadores;Excel avançado;Conhecimento em construção e acompanhamento de KPIs de cobrança e recuperação de crédito;Capacidade de mapear processos, identificar oportunidades e propor melhorias;Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar de forma integrada com áreas de Negócios, Tecnologia, Dados e fornecedores externos.Experiência no segmento bancário/financeiro será um diferencial;Informações adicionais O que oferecemos:Vale Alimentação e Refeição (valor total R$ 2.194,29);Plano de Saúde Unimed Unimax com a possibilidade de inclusão de dependentes;Plano Odontológico;Vacina anti gripe com a possibilidade de incluir dependentes;Seguro de Vida;Convênio com a rede de farmácias;Auxílio creche;Vale transporte;Cartão Ticket Plus.Além desses benefícios contamos com:Um Micromarket dentro de nossa empresa;14º e 15º Salário;Gratificação natalina;PPR (conforme atingimento de metas estabelecidas).
