Buscamos um(a) profissional de RH com perfil generalista e forte atuação como parceiro(a) do negócio, sendo o principal ponto de apoio para gestores e colaboradores da unidade. Esta posição terá presença constante no chão de fábrica, acompanhando a rotina operacional, identificando necessidades e propondo soluções alinhadas às estratégias de Gestão de Pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como Business Partner de RH junto às lideranças e equipes operacionais;Manter presença ativa no chão de fábrica, realizando atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores e gestores;Identificar demandas, oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar a resolução de questões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas;Conduzir processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde o alinhamento do perfil até a admissão;Realizar integração de novos colaboradores e acompanhar o período de adaptação;Administrar e prestar suporte aos processos de benefícios;Atuar no atendimento aos colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando sobre políticas e procedimentos internos;Apoiar ações de comunicação interna, clima organizacional, engajamento e desenvolvimento de equipes;Ser facilitador(a) entre as áreas de negócio e os subsistemas de RH, garantindo alinhamento e agilidade nas demandas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesProfissional com perfil proativo, boa comunicação, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de transitar entre os níveis operacional e estratégico. É essencial gostar de atuar próximo às pessoas, com forte presença em campo e foco na construção de um ambiente de trabalho positivo e colaborativo
