Então, você se encaixa neste perfil?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o processo de recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta, incluindo divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, entrevistas, avaliação de candidatos e acompanhamento das admissões;Alinhar os perfis das vagas e necessidades de contratação junto às áreas internas;Acompanhar indicadores e informações relacionadas aos processos seletivos;Apoiar o processo de integração e treinamento de novos colaboradores;Auxiliar na organização e execução de treinamentos internos e no controle dos respectivos registros;Apoiar atividades relacionadas à administração de pessoal, benefícios, folha de pagamento, controle de ponto e movimentações de colaboradores;Prestar suporte em temas de relações trabalhistas e atendimento aos colaboradores;Apoiar processos de admissão, transferência, promoção, alteração salarial e desligamento;Elaborar e atualizar relatórios, controles e indicadores de Recursos Humanos;Manter documentos, informações cadastrais e registros de RH atualizados;Atuar de forma generalista, apoiando gradualmente os diferentes subsistemas de Recursos Humanos, incluindo Recrutamento & Seleção, Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Remuneração & Benefícios e Relações Trabalhistas;Realizar interface com equipes locais e internacionais, utilizando o inglês nas atividades de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completo em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia na área de Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente com atuação em Recrutamento e Seleção;Conhecimento de processos de recrutamento, triagem de currículos, entrevistas e acompanhamento de candidatos;Conhecimentos em outros subsistemas de RH, como treinamento, folha de pagamento, benefícios e relações trabalhistas, serão considerados diferenciais;Inglês em nível avançado, com capacidade para comunicação oral e escrita no ambiente de trabalho — requisito obrigatório;Português fluente;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e relacionamento interpessoal;Perfil analítico, proativo, responsável e com atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade de atuar em ambiente dinâmico e lidar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente.Informações adicionaisAqui na BYD priorizamos o bem-estar de nossos colaboradores e estamos em busca constante de melhorias para o nosso pacote de benefícios.
