Atualmente o grupo conta com duas outras empresas, focadas na verticalização de áreas estratégicas; a Witplan, responsável pela execução das obras e a Proxy, empresa dedicada à gestão dos ativos após a construção, atuando tanto em Asset, quanto em Property.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:Atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) das lideranças, apoiando decisões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas.Conduzir processos de Recrutamento & Seleção de ponta a ponta, com foco na atração e seleção de profissionais qualificados.Desenvolver estratégias de atração, seleção e retenção de talentos.Apoiar iniciativas de Desenvolvimento Organizacional, identificando necessidades de desenvolvimento, planos de sucessão e ações voltadas ao fortalecimento das equipes.Implementar e acompanhar processos de Gestão de Desempenho, garantindo junto aos lideres a realização de feedbacks e ações de desenvolvimento da equipe.Apoiar programas de remuneração, benefícios e reconhecimento, garantindo competitividade e alinhamento com o mercado.Assegurar o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e apoiar as demandas de relações trabalhistas.Fortalecer a cultura organizacional, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo, inclusivo, inovador e de alta performance.Utilizar indicadores e métricas de RH para apoiar decisões e propor melhorias contínuas.Conduzir e apoiar projetos de transformação organizacional, bem estar, gestão da mudança e estruturação de processos de RH.Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com universidades, consultorias, fornecedores e demais parceiros estratégicos de Recursos Humanos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil Pleno, com mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções generalistas de Recursos Humanos.Experiência consistente em Recrutamento & Seleção, que será o principal foco da atuação inicial.Vivência em outros subsistemas de RH, como Desenvolvimento Organizacional, Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Gestão de Desempenho e apoio às lideranças.Experiência em empresas de engenharia, construção civil, incorporação, infraestrutura ou indústrias relacionadas será considerada um diferencial.Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas, Pedagogia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em indicadores e métricas de RH.Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças.Perfil proativo, organizado, analítico, colaborativo, com senso de dono e foco em resultados.Informações adicionaisLocalização: Estoril, Belo Horizonte/MG.Tipo de Contrato: CLT em período integral de forma presencial;Benefícios: Auxílio Alimentação R$ 800,00 + Auxílio Transporte R$580,00 (caju), Plano de saúde nacional(coparticipação); Plano odontológico; Seguro de Vida; Conexa; Psicologia Viva e WellHub (Gympass).Oportunidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional;Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo.
