Analista de Recursos Humanos - GeneralistaResponsabilidades e atribuições Buscamos um profissional com protagonismo, senso de urgência, visão de negócio e foco em pessoas, que tenha facilidade para atuar próximo às equipes e às lideranças.A posição terá uma atuação generalista, apoiando diferentes processos de Recursos Humanos e contribuindo para a resolução de demandas do dia a dia, sempre com foco em uma boa experiência para os colaboradores e no atendimento às necessidades do negócio.O que você vai fazer:Atuar nos processos de Recrutamento Interno, realizando análise de elegibilidade e acompanhamento do mapeamento de carreira;Planejar e conduzir a integração de novos colaboradores, promovendo acolhimento e alinhamento às diretrizes da organização;Atuar de forma próxima à operação e às lideranças, compreendendo as necessidades do negócio e apoiando na tomada de decisões relacionadas a pessoas;Prestar atendimento e orientação aos colaboradores em temas como benefícios, folha de pagamento, férias, admissão, rescisão e controle de jornada;Apoiar gestores na gestão de pessoas e resolução de demandas, orientando sobre processos e práticas de Recursos Humanos;Planejar e executar ações de clima e engajamento, de acordo com as necessidades identificadas nas equipes;Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de RH, como turnover e absenteísmo, identificando oportunidades e apoiando a construção de planos de ação;Acompanhar processos relacionados à movimentação e desenvolvimento de colaboradores, contribuindo para a evolução profissional e retenção de talentos;Apoiar a implementação de projetos e iniciativas de Recursos Humanos junto às áreas de negócio;Elaborar controles, relatórios, apresentações e análises de dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenha:Vivência em empresas de médio ou grande porte;Conhecimento nos subsistemas de RH, especialmente controle de jornada, folha de pagamento, férias e rescisão;Experiência anterior em atuação generalista de Recursos Humanos;Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento a colaboradores e interação com diferentes níveis de liderança;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint, para elaboração de controles, apresentações e análises;Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;Residir na região de Curitiba/PR;Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
