Cada profissional é único e a nossa motivação é ver todos trilhando um caminho de sucesso, gerando prosperidade para si e para toda a empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA pessoa Analista de Recursos Humanos (com foco em Educação corporativa) tem como principal desafio promover e conduzir treinamentos e capacitações a fim de desenvolver as necessidades estratégicas da organização e de seus colaboradores (as), será responsável pelos programas de Estágio de graduação e estágio técnico, bem como desenvolver e acompanhar as pessoas que nele estiverem.Principais Responsabilidades:Planejar, implementar e acompanhar programas de Estágio e Jovem Aprendiz, assegurando uma experiência de desenvolvimento alinhada à estratégia e à cultura organizacional;Realizar o acompanhamento da jornada de desenvolvimento dos estagiários e aprendizes, apoiando gestores e áreas envolvidas na formação e integração dos talentos;Conduzir processos de avaliação e acompanhamento dos programas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ações para potencializar os resultados;Participar da construção e implementação de projetos de Educação Corporativa, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura de aprendizagem contínua na organização;Atuar em parceria com lideranças, Business Partners e instituições de ensino para garantir a efetividade dos programas de formação e desenvolvimento de talentos.
