Fornecer o devido suporte à operação, analisando e executando atividades inerentes à Área de Gente/Gestão e Cultura. Atender os objetivos da relação entre a empresa e colaboradores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, admissional e demissional; promover ações de qualidade de vida e assistência ao empregado; administrar relações de trabalho; subsidiar negociações com gestores e empregados; Solicitação de compras; Controle de treinamentos definidos pelo PAT; Integração de novos colaboradores; Cadastro no sistema RM Labore; Homologação de funcionários; Acompanhamento do processo de afastamentos e retorno ao trabalho. Gerir e acompanhar os processos de movimentações de pessoal, avaliações de desempenho, pesquisa de clima e demais ações de engajamento propostos pela empresa; prestar informações aos funcionários da instituição, a respeito de assuntos relacionados ao trabalho. Tratamento de ponto eletrônico, programação de férias; controle de indicadores da área; Trabalhar em interface com o RH Corporativo. Executar as atividades administrativas definidas pela Coordenação/Supervisão, apoiando nas atividades de Gente e Gestão, gestão de conflitos e tomada de decisão. Monitorar cumprimento de prazos dos processos de faturamento, Indicadores, Maratona, SGI, Controle de ativos, Desmobilização, Contratos com fornecedores, medições, necessidade de material, lançamento e recepção de compras/notas fiscais, reportando à gestão.
