Construímos uma cultura forte, baseada em valores sólidos, que guiam nossas decisões, estratégias e a busca por profissionais alinhados ao nosso propósito.Acreditamos que desafios são oportunidades e buscamos talentos que compartilhem de nossos valores, contribuindo para um ambiente dinâmico e inspirador.Juntos, seguimos aprimorando nossa cultura e fortalecendo nosso compromisso de alimentar sua vida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Responsável por organizar e executar o onboarding local dos novos admitidos;Apoiar o corporativo nas demandas de ponto;Conferir e arquivar os espelhos de ponto;Realizar conferências de folha de pagamento;Apoiar os processos admissionais;Montar prontuário dos admitidos;Controlar período de experiência;Dar suporte nos processos seletivos internos e externos;Apoiar na divulgação das vagas e na busca de candidatos;Efetuar processos demissionais, homologações e garantir a documentação conforme padrão da empresa;Executar e controlar entrevistas de desligamento;Realizar controle mensal e conferência de cálculos de férias;Emitir e controlar Avisos de Férias;Apoiar no agendamento e encaminhamento de funcionários para exames médicos admissionais, demissionais e periódicos;Emissão e envio de RP e MP;Dar suporte nos projetos e rotinas da área de Administração de Pessoas;Abrir solicitação de pagamento de notas fiscais de terceiros e encaminhar para lançamento via SAP e SeSuite;Realizar pedido de materiais de uso diário para o refeitório;Solicitar reservas de materiais de uso geral, limpeza e higiene via SAP;Dar apoio aos colaboradores em dúvidas e/ou tratativas relacionadas ao portal RH, benefícios e crachá;Dar suporte à área de Segurança nos processos e rotinas;Conduzir ações e programas do corporativo e datas comemorativas na unidade;Organizar e arquivar documentos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas afins.Experiencia comprovada nas atividades descritas;Excel intermediarioDisponibilidade para atuar em Santa Rita de Ibitipoca - MGConhecimentos Específicos:Pacote Office, com Excel em nível intermediário (desejável);Conhecimento em subsistemas de Recursos Humanos.Informações adicionais Assistência Médica;• Assistência Odontológica;• Vale Refeição;• Vale Alimentação;• Seguro de Vida;• Fretado;• Welhub;• Bônus Anual de até 1 salário;
