Triagem de currículos e hunting de candidatos.

Condução de entrevistas iniciais por telefone/vídeo.

Atuação em processos seletivos de alto volume, com condução de diversas vagas simultaneamente.

Agendamento de entrevistas e alinhamento com gestores.

Atualização de sistemas, pipeline e banco de talentos.

Aplicação de feedback aos candidatos e acompanhamento das etapas do processo.

Apoio no encaminhamento para admissão.

Acompanhamento de indicadores básicos de R&S.Requisitos e qualificações Superior completo ou cursando em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência em R&S, preferencialmente com alto volume de vagas.

Disponibilidade para realizar processos seletivos presencialmente em lojas de algumas cidades.

CNH será um diferencial, pois a empresa disponibiliza carro alugado para deslocamentos.
