Realizar diagnósticos, identificar riscos, apoiar ações de melhoria contínua e promover a conformidade dos processos de RH por meio de visitas técnicas, análises e acompanhamento dos controles da área.Realizar visitas periódicas às unidades para avaliar a aderência dos processos de RH às políticas, procedimentos e normas internas.Mapear e analisar processos, identificando desvios, oportunidades de melhoria, riscos operacionais e pontos de atenção relacionados à governança de RH.Atuar como consultor interno de RH, orientando lideranças e equipes locais sobre processos, práticas e diretrizes corporativas.Conduzir levantamentos de conformidade dos processos de Recursos Humanos, elaborando diagnósticos e recomendações.Monitorar planos de ação decorrentes de auditorias, análises de riscos e não conformidades identificadas.Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à governança, compliance e controles internos de RH.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, pareceres e apresentações executivas sobre os resultados das avaliações realizadas.Garantir a disseminação das políticas, procedimentos e melhores práticas de RH junto às unidades.Atuar como elo entre a área corporativa e os RHs locais, promovendo padronização e fortalecimento dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas.Experiência generalista em Recursos Humanos, em processos de Administração de Pessoal, Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento, Benefícios e demais subsistemas de RH.Vivência em análise, acompanhamento ou validação de processos de RH, realizando mapeamento e análise de processos.Experiência em avaliação de conformidade, controles internos, gestão de riscos ou melhoria de processos será considerada diferencial.Elaboração de relatórios técnicos e apresentações.Pacote Office intermediário/avançado.Disponibilidade para viagens.Informações adicionaisHorários: 08:00 -12:00 ÀS 13:00 - 17:48 SEGUNDA A SEXTALocal de trabalho: CSC - CENTRO DE SERVIÇOS COMPARTILHADOSBenefícios:Vale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoVale TransporteAuxílio CrecheSeguro de Vida em GrupoEmpréstimo ConsignadoAtendimento Ambulatorial e Odontológico - SPParcerias:Incentivo a Educação / UniversidadesFarmáciasSESC
