Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar e atualizar as estruturas e políticas de remuneração;Realizar análises salariais e simulações de movimentações, avaliando impactos financeiros;Apoiar processos de admissão, promoção e movimentação de colaboradores;Revisar e manter atualizadas as descrições de cargos;Elaborar relatórios e análises para suporte à gestão;Acompanhar o orçamento de pessoal e seus respectivos custos;Monitorar indicadores da área e propor melhorias nos processos de Cargos e Salários.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Gestão em Rh, Economia, áreas afins;Domínio avançado das ferramentas do Pacote Office.Experiência prévia na função ou em atividades relacionadas a Cargos e Salários, Remuneração ou Recursos Humanos.Informações adicionaisDisponibilidade para o horário de segunda a quinta das 08h00 ás 18h00, sexta-feira das 08h00 ás 17h00.
