Perseguimos sempre o “algo mais” fugindo do normal e esperado, para que possamos surpreender os clientes com ideias inovadoras.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, realizando alinhamento de perfil, entrevistas por competências e acompanhamento das etapas seletivas;Atuar de forma próxima às lideranças e áreas de negócio, apoiando demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas e contribuindo para a identificação de necessidades e soluções de RH;Apoiar e acompanhar os processos de integração e onboarding, contribuindo para a experiência e adaptação dos novos colaboradores;Apoiar iniciativas de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, incluindo levantamento de necessidades, organização de treinamentos, acompanhamento das ações e controles da área;Apoiar os ciclos de Avaliação de Desempenho, Feedback e PDI, acompanhando prazos, adesão e orientando gestores e colaboradores;Contribuir com ações de Clima, Cultura e Engajamento, apoiando pesquisas internas, análise dos resultados e acompanhamento dos planos de ação;Apoiar iniciativas de Endomarketing, incluindo campanhas, eventos e ações de engajamento;Acompanhar indicadores de RH, elaborando controles, relatórios e análises para suporte à gestão e tomada de decisão;Apoiar a elaboração, revisão e implementação de políticas, processos e procedimentos de Recursos Humanos;Utilizar e manter atualizados os sistemas e plataformas de RH, garantindo organização e confiabilidade das informações;Atuar de forma hands-on, organizada e proativa, transitando entre diferentes subsistemas de RH e fortalecendo uma atuação generalista e consultiva junto ao negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Psicologia;Experiência generalista será um diferencial;Vivência com entrevistas por competências e hunting;Conhecimento e experiência com plataformas ATS;Boa habilidade de escrita e análise crítica para elaboração de relatórios;Domínio intermediário a avançado de Excel;
