Se você é uma pessoa proativa, que busca constante evolução e gosta de trabalhar em um ambiente colaborativo e dinâmico, esta oportunidade é para você.Ayko, juntos para transformar!🚀💜Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar, sustentar e otimizar a infraestrutura lógica do backbone da operadora, garantindo alta disponibilidade, estabilidade e segurança;Executar configurações, análise e troubleshooting avançado de redes (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRF, Q-in-Q, VLAN, IPv4 e IPv6);Atuar na operação, expansão e evolução da malha de backbone, avaliando capacidade, rotas e redundâncias;Realizar análise de falhas complexas (roteamento, transporte IP/MPLS, sessões BGP, perda de pacotes, latência, loops e assimetria de tráfego);Sustentar e apoiar a entrega de serviços corporativos e de telecomunicações (Internet dedicada, L2L, MPLS, VRF, PPPoE e transporte);Administrar a infraestrutura de redes de Datacenter, com foco em routing & switching, conectividade e projetos de expansão;Apoiar times internos na resolução de incidentes críticos, degradações e problemas de conectividade de clientes corporativos;Utilizar ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade (Zabbix, Grafana, Wanguard, Netflow) para análise de tráfego, alarmes e mitigação de ataques/anomalias;Planejar e executar mudanças técnicas em ambiente de produção, respeitando critérios de risco, janelas de manutenção e planos de rollback;Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizadas as documentações técnicas da rede (topologias, rotas, procedimentos e padrões);Atuar como referência técnica para os times de NOC, Service Desk, Engenharia e Operações em demandas complexas, compartilhando conhecimento com a equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Conhecimento avançado em TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, routing & switching, protocolos de roteamento, OSPF e BGP;Conhecimento avançado em MPLS, VRF, VLAN, Q-in-Q, STP, redes L2/L3;Experiência com troubleshooting avançado de redes, incluindo análise de rotas, sessões BGP, adjacências OSPF, tabelas de roteamento, caminhos MPLS, assimetria de tráfego, loops, perda de pacotes e latência;Conhecimento em entrega e sustentação de serviços como Internet dedicada, interconexão, L2L, transporte corporativo, redes privadas e conectividade para clientes;Conhecimento em redes de Datacenter, incluindo switches, roteadores, trunks, VLANs, agregação de links, redundância, segmentação e conectividade entre ambientes;Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento e Observabilidade, especialmente Zabbix e Grafana;Noções de Linux para execução de testes, análise de conectividade, leitura de logs, validações operacionais e apoio ao troubleshooting;Capacidade de interpretar topologias, diagramas, configurações, logs, alarmes, métricas e evidências técnicas.DesejáveisConhecimento em DWDM, redes ópticas, transporte metropolitano e backbone de longa distância;Experiência com rádio licenciado ou rádio privado, preferencialmente Ceragon ou tecnologias similares;Experiência com equipamentos Juniper, MikroTik, Datacom, Huawei, Cisco e ambientes multivendor;Conhecimento em mitigação de ataques DDoS, análise de tráfego e ferramentas como Wanguard;Conhecimento em NetFlow, sFlow, SNMP, syslog, telemetria e análise de tráfego;Conhecimento em QoS, engenharia de tráfego, balanceamento, redundância e desenho de redes resilientes;Conhecimento em automação de redes utilizando Python, Ansible, Shell Script, N8N, Linux, APIs, templates ou ferramentas similares;Conhecimento em boas práticas de segurança aplicadas a redes, controle de acesso, hardening de equipamentos e segmentação;Experiência com processos de mudança, incidente, problema, capacidade e disponibilidade;Conhecimento em ITIL, gestão de mudanças e práticas operacionais de ambientes críticos.Formação:Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Redes de Computadores, Engenharia de Telecomunicações, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisBenefícios ES🥗 Cartão Ifood Benefícios para maior flexibilidade de uso (mercado ou restaurante) no valor de R$50,00 por dia útil trabalhado🚍 Vale Transporte ou combustível no valor de R$10,20 por dia útil trabalhado sem desconto em folha🏥 Plano de Saúde Samp🦷 Plano Odontológico Sul América✅ Seguro de VidaDiferencial✅ 40h semanais🎁 Bônus de R$150,00 no mês de aniversário (Cartão Ifood Benefícios)🥗 Alimentação garantida nas férias🤗 Acolhimento psicológico🍼 Kit maternidade/paternidade🧘🏽‍♂️ Momentos de cuidado, descontração e relaxamento: Corte de Cabelo, Manicure e Massagem🏋️‍♀️ Wellhub (Gympass)✨ Priorizamos o bem-estar de nossos colaboradores: Dia da Fruta e Dia do Biscoito👩🏽‍🎓 Incentivos ao desenvolvimento do colaborador:📚 Convênio com faculdades (UVV, Multivix, Estácio e Acadi-TI)📚 Aulas de Inglês sem custo para o colaborador
