Todos compartilham uma visão estratégica comum, voltada para a excelência no atendimento e na entrega de soluções.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Redes Volante para integrar nosso time de Tecnologia da Informação. O profissional será responsável por atuar no suporte à infraestrutura de redes, realizando atendimentos, vistorias preventivas e atividades relacionadas a projetos de TIC. Por se tratar de uma posição volante, o profissional poderá atuar em diferentes localidades do Estado de Minas Gerais, conforme as necessidades da operação e demandas do projeto. Buscamos profissionais com experiência em suporte de redes, conhecimento técnico em infraestrutura e redes de computadores, além de disponibilidade para atuar em diferentes localidades.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no suporte relacionado à infraestrutura de redes;

Realizar atendimentos das solicitações registradas na ferramenta de ITSM;

Realizar vistorias preventivas para identificar e corrigir possíveis anomalias;

Atuar em eventos, mudanças prediais, rollouts e demais projetos de TIC;

Realizar atendimentos em diferentes comarcas do Estado de Minas Gerais, conforme demanda;

Apoiar supervisores e analistas de suporte;

Atuar na identificação e diagnóstico de incidentes recorrentes;

Contribuir para o alcance e manutenção dos níveis de serviço;

Seguir scripts, procedimentos e manuais estabelecidos;

Prestar informações sobre o andamento das solicitações sempre que solicitado;

Executar atividades compatíveis com a função e com o grau de complexidade do cargo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade É necessário possuir pelo menos uma das seguintes formações na área de Redes de Computadores:

Curso técnico concluído; ou

Curso superior concluído ou em andamento, com mínimo de 50% do curso concluído; ou

Pós-graduação concluída.

Experiência profissional

Experiência comprovada de no mínimo 3 anos na função de suporte de redes;

A experiência deverá ser comprovada por meio de CTPS ou contratos de trabalho assinados.

Certificações

HDI Desktop Support Technician;

Uma das certificações abaixo:

CompTIA Network+; ou

Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals ou outra certificação correlata, mediante avaliação e aprovação do Tribunal.

Cursos

Fundamentos de ITIL, com mínimo de 10 horas.

Conhecimentos específicos

Arquitetura de redes (LAN, WAN e Wi-Fi);

Cabeamento estruturado;

Equipamentos de redes;

Inglês técnico;

Organização de rack e shaft;

Práticas de segurança de redes;

Protocolos de redes;

Virtualização.

Informações adicionais Cargo: Analista de Redes Volante Salário: R$ 7.384,26 Jornada: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h às 18h, com 2 horas de intervalo. Local de atuação: Minas Gerais, com atuação volante conforme as demandas da operação. Por se tratar de uma posição volante, é necessária disponibilidade para deslocamentos e atuação em diferentes localidades/comarcas do Estado de Minas Gerais, inclusive em eventos, rollouts, mudanças prediais e projetos de TIC, quando demandado.
