Se você é apaixonado por gente e tecnologia, aqui é o seu lugar!Somos curiosos, ousados, determinados e muito comunicativos.Se você gostaria de trabalhar em uma equipe show de bola, e em uma empresa que não para de crescer, vem fazer parte do time!Boa sorte! =)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê atuará como Analista de Redes de Nível 3, em nosso Centro de Operações de Redes (NOC).Reportará diretamente para o gerente-coordenador do setor, com interações pontuais com os demais gestores da empresa.Atuará como interface técnica sênior entre os setores de Centro de Operações de Redes (NOC) e Engenharia IP, para melhor para expedição e fluidez dos projetos da Rede IP/MPLS.Será responsável por planejar e coordenar a implantação e configuração de equipamentos de redes, com as tecnologias e padrões tecnológicos definidos pela Engenharia IP.Será responsável por diagnosticar e resolver problemas na infraestrutura que fujam da alçada dos times de Suporte N1 e N2.Será responsável por contribuir para que os times de Suporte N1 e N2 consigam conduzir seus diagnósticos e resoluções de incidentes observando a manutenção de SLAs agressivos.Fornecer expertise e engajamento de suporte N3 para resolver solicitações e incidentes, entregando um alto nível de serviço aos clientes.Participará de eventos selecionados do setor, representando a companhia, e fomentando o networking entre parceiros estratégicos, clientes e fornecedores.Atuará como referência técnica para os demais colaboradores do Centro de Operações de Redes (NOC), inspirando-os e promovendo a equalização de resultados para o setor.Atuará em conjunto com a Engenharia IP durante ações de Prototipagem de Soluções, Proof of Concept (PoC), Method of Procedures (MoPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), e Site Configuration Procedures (SCPs).Contribuirá para o estabelecimento de processos operacionais para a manutenção de clientes (ativação, suporte e cancelamento de contratos).Liderar a definição e execução do roadmap de conectividade de clientes (novos recursos; melhor cobertura, capacidade, desempenho, segurança, escalabilidade, qualidade de serviço, experiência do cliente; baixo custo para servir) em conjunto com as definições da Engenharia IP.Contribuir para a operação da rede de telecomunicações para implantar melhorias de negócios e fundamentais de acordo com as diretivas da Engenharia IP, visado mantê-la de forma proativa e reativa (gestão de desempenho e QoS, segurança, ...).Otimização de todas as dimensões do trabalho com uma organização eficiente, processos e ferramentas administrativas e técnicas adequadas; foco em melhorias contínuas, com colaboração proativa humilde e benevolente dentro e fora da equipe, com relatórios transparentes e treinamento regular.
