Se você compartilha dos mesmos valores, será uma satisfação vê você escrever a sua trajetória com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar assistência administrativa, analisando e emitindo informações e pareceres;Participar do planejamento, da organização e do controle dos fluxos de trabalho da área;Participar de programas de desenvolvimento que envolvam conteúdos relativos à sua área de atuação;Acompanhar a atualização de bancos de dados e informações da área;Prestar suporte técnico na elaboração, organização, interpretação e atualização de normas e procedimentos;Receber, analisar e acompanhar as demandas relacionadas ao serviço, encaminhando-as aos setores ou departamentos responsáveis, quando necessário;Analisar as solicitações de autorização recebidas, verificando sua conformidade com as diretrizes, os limites e as regras de negócio da empresa;Tratar e inserir informações nos sistemas da operadora;Responder aos protocolos de SAC e Ouvidoria referentes ao status das autorizações e à documentação necessária;Controlar os prazos e monitorar os tempos de resposta, garantindo que as pendências sejam resolvidas dentro dos Acordos de Nível de Serviço (SLAs) e dos prazos previstos na legislação vigente;Elaborar relatórios e atualizar planilhas de controle e indicadores operacionais da área;Responder às Notificações de Intermediação Preliminar (NIPs) e às demandas relacionadas a liminares judiciais, analisando e acompanhando a documentação e as evidências dos processos de autorização ou negativa de solicitações de procedimentos;Apoiar a gestão imediata em assuntos inerentes à sua área de atuação, apresentando e discutindo problemas e irregularidades para subsidiar a definição de procedimentos e ações;Conhecer, aplicar, promover e sugerir normas e condutas voltadas à segurança no trabalho e à preservação ambiental, participando dos programas promovidos pela unidade e contribuindo para a eliminação de situações que possam representar riscos de acidentes de trabalho e degradação do meio ambiente;Zelar pela conservação dos bens patrimoniais, solicitando manutenção, reparo ou reposição, sempre que necessário;Executar outras atividades correlatas e pertinentes ao cargo, a critério da gestão imediata.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração ou áreas afins;Experiência em atividades de Regulação em Saúde e/ou áreas administrativas da saúde suplementar;Experiência com elaboração e análise de relatórios e indicadores;Pacote Office Intermediário;Disponibilidade para jornada de 44h/semanais;
