Então venha fazer parte desse time!Se você é uma pessoa movida pela paixão de fazer a diferença e está pronta para crescer conosco, inscreva-se!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponder e processar a folha de pagamento e benefícios sociais, bem como encaminhar o recolhimento os encargos sociais e demais obrigações legais, em conformidade com a legislação vigente e prazos definição;Responder pelo acompanhamento dos benefícios contratados;Responder e processar o cálculo de férias e rescisões de contrato de trabalho, realizando os procedimentos em conformidade com a legislação vigente e prazos definidos;Realizar a elaboração, controlar e dar manutenção nas informações e ferramentas de orçamento de pessoal e quadro de lotação, em conformidade com as diretrizes e políticas estabelecidas;Elaborar e manter atualizados os indicadores para os processos de sua área de atuação e/ou responsabilidade, analisando-os e gerando as ações corretivas e/ou preventivas;Manter-se atualizado em relação a legislação trabalhista e previdenciária vigente, garantindo a eficácia dos processos sob sua responsabilidade, bem como repassar estas atualizações para as partes interessadas;Responder pelas demandas e acompanhar as auditorias internas e externas na sua área de atuação, a fim de manter-se em conformidade com o Sistema Integrado de Certificação;Prestar atendimento ao cliente interno, repassando orientações e dando os encaminhamentos necessários. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em rotinas de administração de pessoal e subsistemas de RH;Experiência em sistemas integrados de administração de pessoal;Pacote Office.
