Venha fazer parte do time da empresa! O Analista de Cobrança e Relacionamento com o Cliente - Cobrança e Recuperação de Receita, será responsável pelo contato e acompanhamento de clientes inadimplentes, realizando cobranças por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail, além de negociações e acordos conforme as políticas da empresa. Também atuará no atendimento aos clientes, acompanhamento de pendências relacionadas ao faturamento e atualização das informações nos sistemas da empresa, contribuindo para a recuperação de valores e para uma boa experiência do cliente.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar a régua de cobrança (contato ativo por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail) junto aos clientes inadimplentes; Negociar acordos, descontos e parcelamentos dentro da política de cobrança da empresa; Acompanhar e reduzir os indicadores de inadimplência da carteira sob sua responsabilidade; Atender e acompanhar as demandas dos clientes, garantindo boa experiência em todo o ciclo de relacionamento; Atuar junto às distribuidoras de energia na resolução de pendências relacionadas ao cliente e ao faturamento; Acompanhar indicadores de atendimento e cobrança (SLA, TMA, TME, % de recuperação) e apoiar ações de melhoria contínua; Registrar e atualizar informações de cobrança e atendimento nos sistemas da empresa (SAP ou demais sistemas); Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Billing, Jurídico, O&M, Gestão Energética e Tecnologia para assegurar a recuperação de receita e a melhor experiência do clienteRequisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em cobrança, negociação de dívidas e recuperação de receita; Vivência no combate à inadimplência, com histórico de metas de recuperação atingidas; Experiência com atendimento ao cliente; Conhecimento em SAP ou demais sistemas de registro/CRM e régua de cobrança; Experiência no setor de energia, com Geração Distribuída; Relacionamento com distribuidoras de energia; Vivência com faturamento e negociação de acordos e parc elamentos; Conhecimento e acompanhamento de SLAs, TMA e TME; Excel intermediário.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde e odontológico - Sul América Seguro de vida;VR/VA;Vale Transporte;Parceria com descontos em Instituições de Ensino;Onhappy;TotalPass;DayOff - 1 folga no mês do aniversário;Massagem quinzenal em nosso escritório;
