Buscamos um(a) Analista de Experiência da Família Júnior para acompanhar o relacionamento com as escolas, atuando com satisfação, retenção e renovação.A posição combina relacionamento e análise de dados, buscando identificar oportunidades e apoiar ações para melhorar a experiência das famílias.Procuramos alguém comunicativo(a), proativo(a), empático(a) e analítico(a), com facilidade para criar vínculos e transformar informações em ações.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar a jornada e o relacionamento com as escolas da carteira, identificando oportunidades e riscos;Apoiar o processo de renovação e acompanhar indicadores de satisfação, retenção, renovação e engajamento;Realizar visitas às unidades escolares para fortalecer o relacionamento e entender necessidades;Monitorar a régua de relacionamento e garantir a execução das ações previstas;Analisar dados, identificar pontos de atenção e propor planos de ação e melhorias;Utilizar CRM, plataformas digitais e ferramentas de IA, mantendo os registros da carteira atualizados e atuando em parceria com as áreas internas.
