Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o atendimento a carteira de clientes de média complexidade, por meio de atendimento presencial, telefônico e/ou ferramentas digitais, a fim que todos possam ser atendidos de acordo com sua necessidade de forma ágil e assertiva.Realizar atendimento ao cliente, por meio de tratamento atencioso, pautado no diálogo e na compreensão da necessidade, a fim de prestar o esclarecimento de dúvidas e/ou as informações necessárias em relação ao processo de cobertura dos benefícios seguráveis e/ou não seguráveis.Prestar apoio ao cliente em relação a solicitação e/ou prévia de reembolso, por meio de atendimento presencial, telefônico e/ou ferramentas digitais, a fim de garantir o efetivo reembolso de despesas decorrentes de atendimento recebido fora da rede credenciada.Realizar os procedimentos necessários para a realização de estudo de mercado, por meio de levantamento dos dados e/ou informações necessárias para o preenchimento dos formulários de cotação, a fim de identificar quais as melhores condições e facilidades para o cliente dentro do prazo da renovação.Elaborar relatórios e/ou apresentações com os indicadores de sinistralidade, por meio de organização de dados, informações e análises quantitativa e qualitativa, a fim de disponibilizar para o cliente os resultados da apólice.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, por meio de mapeamentos realizados durante a execução dos processos, aplicação dos procedimentos e fluxos de trabalho, a fim de sugerir ações que possibilite melhoria contínua no atendimento ao cliente.Realizar outras atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo exercido, conforme necessidade e/ou e demanda da área, sempre que necessário, por meio de treinamento, qualificação profissional e orientações do líder imediato, a fim de garantir o desenvolvimento profissional contínuo.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos e CorrelacionadosConhecimento intermediário em excel;Experiência na área de seguros com produtos de saúde, odontológico e conhecimento sobre a legislação vigente da ANS;Ter foco no cliente, profissionalismo, colaboração, inovação, organização, resiliência, raciocínio lógico e comunicação assertiva.
