Essa oportunidade combina contigo?  Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar atendimento consultivo aos alunos, acompanhando demandas, esclarecendo dúvidas e contribuindo para o engajamento e satisfação dos estudantes. Apoiar as coordenações de curso no acompanhamento das turmas, coleta de feedbacks e suporte às demandas acadêmicas e operacionais. Analisar e acompanhar processos acadêmicos, como solicitações formais, documentação, prazos e fluxos institucionais. Atuar em parceria com áreas internas e fornecedores externos para garantir a execução adequada dos processos relacionados à jornada do aluno. Monitorar indicadores de satisfação, engajamento, evasão e retenção, apoiando a elaboração de relatórios e propostas de melhoria. Participar de iniciativas de aprimoramento de processos, contribuindo com análises e sugestões para otimização das atividades da área. Apoiar a execução de projetos da gerência relacionados à experiência do estudante e melhoria contínua dos serviços.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter:

Experiência em relacionamento com cliente, customer success, atendimento ou suporte acadêmico, preferencialmente no ensino superior. Capacidade analítica para acompanhamento de indicadores e apoio na tomada de decisão. Boa comunicação, empatia e foco na resolução de problemas. Organização e habilidade para gerenciar diferentes demandas simultaneamente. Facilidade para atuar em conjunto com diferentes áreas da instituição.

O que seria legal você ter:

Experiência no segmento educacional, especialmente em pós-graduação. Conhecimento de sistemas acadêmicos e/ou CRM. Conhecimento em Power BI para consulta, análise e acompanhamento de indicadores. Vivência em projetos de melhoria de processos ou transformação digital.
