Venha fazer parte do time de Pós-venda da empresa! O Analista de Relacionamento com o Cliente Pleno, será responsável por gerir uma carteira de clientes, garantindo uma boa experiência durante toda a jornada. Atuará na resolução de casos críticos, acompanhamento de demandas, faturamento, cobrança e relacionamento com as distribuidoras de energia. Também acompanhará indicadores de atendimento, identificará oportunidades de melhoria e trabalhará em conjunto com diferentes áreas da empresa para garantir agilidade e qualidade nas soluções oferecidas aos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerir carteira mista de grandes clientes e varejo, garantindo boa experiência em todo o ciclo de relacionamento; Atuar como ponto focal em casos críticos, priorizando por risco e garantindo resolução rápida; Conduzir análises de causa raiz das principais reincidências, propondo e acompanhando planos de ação; Padronizar fluxos e construir POPs de atendimento e relacionamento; Atuar junto às distribuidoras de energia na resolução de pendências relacionadas ao cliente e ao faturamento; Acompanhar indicadores de atendimento (SLA, TMA, TME) e apoiar ações de melhoria contínua; Participar de rituais ágeis de relacionamento (dailies, plannings e retrospectivas); Apoiar tratativas de Embarque, relacionamento, faturamento, cobrança e negociação junto aos clientes; Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Billing, Cobrança, O&M, Gestão Energética e Tecnologia para assegurar a melhor experiência do cliente.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas. Experiência prévia como Analista de Relacionamento com Cliente, preferencialmente em nível pleno; Conhecimento em Geração Distribuída (Autoconsumo Remoto e Geração Compartilhada); Relacionamento consolidado com distribuidoras de eExperiência em gestão de carteira de grandes clientes e também de varejo; Vivência em padronização de processos e construção de atendimento; Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban); Conhecimento em SAP ou demais sistemas de registro/CRM; Vivência com faturamento, cobrança e negociação; Conhecimento e acompanhamento de SLAs, TMA e TME; Excel intermediárioInformações adicionaisPlano de saúde e odontológico - Sul América Seguro de vida;VR/VA;Vale Transporte;Parceria com descontos em Instituições de Ensino;Onhappy;TotalPass;DayOff - 1 folga no mês do aniversário;Massagem quinzenal em nosso escritório;
