Atuar nos processos de Remuneração, com foco no planejamento e acompanhamento do orçamento de pessoas, análises de custos de pessoal (People Cost) e suporte aos processos de remuneração fixa e variável.

Será responsável pela organização, análise e validação de informações, elaboração de projeções e identificação de desvios, contribuindo para maior confiabilidade dos dados e assertividade das análises da área.

Também apoiará a evolução dos indicadores de pessoas e iniciativas de People Analytics, de acordo com o desenvolvimento e maturidade da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time de remuneração, você irá:

Apoiar a construção, acompanhamento e revisão do orçamento de pessoas, realizando análises de orçado x realizado, projeções e identificação de desvios. Realizar análises de People Cost, considerando folha, benefícios e demais contas relacionadas a pessoas, apoiando a identificação de variações e oportunidades de maior assertividade nas projeções. Preparar bases, memórias de cálculo, consolidações e análises para suporte ao processo orçamentário. Elaborar estudos e análises de remuneração fixa e variável, incluindo posicionamento salarial, enquadramento em faixa, movimentações e simulações de impacto. Apoiar a manutenção e evolução das estruturas de cargos e salários, tabelas salariais e políticas de remuneração. Construção de indicadores de People Analytics, contribuindo para transformar dados de pessoas em informações para tomada de decisão. Apoiar HRBPs e gestores com informações e análises relacionadas a remuneração, orçamento e custos de pessoas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência prévia em Remuneração, Planejamento de Pessoas, People Cost ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com orçamento de pessoal, projeções e análises de orçado x realizado. Conhecimentos dos principais conceitos de remuneração, como estrutura de cargos e salários, faixas salariais, mérito, promoção e movimentações salariais. Excel intermediário/avançado, com domínio de fórmulas, cruzamento e tratamento de bases e construção de análises. Boa capacidade de análise de dados e interpretação de variações. Capacidade de organizar e validar informações provenientes de diferentes bases e fontes.Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver:   ·    Interesse e/ou experiência inicial com indicadores de RH e People Analytics.

Conhecimento de Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados. Interesse em desenvolver uma atuação mais analítica, conectando dados de pessoas, custos e informações do negócio.
