Unidade de Negócio: Sem PararLocal de trabalho: Pinheiros - SPModelo de trabalho: Híbrido 2x3 (ida ao escritório duas vezes na semana)Objetivos do cargo que você irá atuar: Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como parceira das áreas de negócio, apoiando gestores e HRBPs em temas de remuneração, movimentações e estrutura organizacional. Essa pessoa terá participação ativa nos ciclos de mérito e promoção, estudos de mercado, gestão de tabelas salariais e iniciativas estratégicas da área, contribuindo para decisões orientadas por dados e para a evolução dos programas de remuneração da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar no desenvolvimento e implementação de políticas e diretrizes de remuneração fixa e variável alinhadas à estratégia da empresa e às políticas locais e globais;Apoiar a administração e o aprimoramento de programas e processos da área, incluindo atualização de tabelas salariais, cálculos de remuneração variável, ciclos de meritocracia e revisão dos modelos atuais, executando as mudanças necessárias; Realizar pesquisas e estudos de mercado para entender as tendências de remuneração e níveis de competitividade, apoiando a identificação de transformações relevantes; Atuar em projetos de People tanto local quanto globalmente; Apoiar nos ciclos de Performance da empresa, atuando na operacionalização das etapas, realizando alinhamentos internos e participando de discussões sobre o tema; Coletar, analisar e interpretar dados relacionados à remuneração e performance para geração relatórios e apresentações com insights claros que apoiem a tomada de decisões. Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha:Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, RH ou áreas correlatas;Experiência consistente em Remuneração;Vivência em ciclos de mérito, promoções e movimentações salariais;Experiência com pesquisas salariais e estudos de mercado;Conhecimento em avaliação de cargos;Excel avançado;Experiência de interação com lideranças e/ou HRBPs.Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se você tiver:Experiência em empresas de médio ou grande porte;Vivência em estruturas organizacionais complexas;Conhecimento em remuneração variável;Inglês intermediário ou superior;Participação em projetos de transformação, revisão de estruturas ou harmonização salarial.Informações adicionaisFique por dentro do que te oferecemos:Vale-transporte ou estacionamento no escritório;Vale-alimentação ou vale-refeição — você escolhe uma das duas modalidades;Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Telemedicina — Disponível 24h por dia, todos os dias da semana;Wellhub (antigo Gympass);Zenklub;Auxílio home office;PLR (Participação nos Lucros e Resultados, de acordo com a política vigente);Day off de aniversário — Folga no seu aniversário e também no aniversário da empresa;Tag Sem Parar — Sem custo;Seguro de vida;Licença parental — Afastamento remunerado para mães, pais ou responsáveis para que possam acolher a chegada de um filho(a), por nascimento ou adoção;Incentivo educacional — até 25% de desconto em pós-graduação ou MBA;
