Industria de Alimentos Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir estudos e análises de remuneração fixa e variável, incluindo movimentações salariais, mérito, promoção, enquadramentos e competitividade salarial;Realizar pesquisas salariais, análises de mercado, benchmarking e estudos de posicionamento e competitividade;Apoiar processos de avaliação e classificação de cargos, estruturas salariais, tabelas e políticas de remuneração;Conduzir análises e apurações relacionadas a programas de remuneração variável e incentivos;Desenvolver análises, indicadores, dashboards e materiais executivos para suporte à tomada de decisão;Apoiar os ciclos de remuneração e demais processos corporativos da área;Estruturar e automatizar bases, controles, cálculos e rotinas de remuneração, reduzindo atividades manuais e aumentando a confiabilidade dos processos;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, simplificação e automação dos processos da área;Explorar e aplicar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para otimização de análises, processos e rotinas de remuneração;Atuar em parceria com HRBPs, Folha de Pagamento, demais áreas de RH e lideranças do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência consistente em Remuneração, compatível com nível Sênior;Conhecimento em remuneração fixa, estruturas salariais, pesquisas de mercado, movimentações e análises de competitividade;Excel avançado;Forte capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados;Experiência com automação de processos e tratamento de bases de dados;Conhecimento de ferramentas como Power BI, Power Query e/ou Access;Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao trabalho;Inglês intermediário a avançado, com capacidade para participar de reuniões, trocar e-mails e compreender materiais e informações de negócio em inglês.Requisitos desejáveisConhecimento em metodologia de avaliação de cargos, especialmente IPE Mercer;Experiência com remuneração variável e programas de incentivo;Conhecimento de VBA, SQL, Python, Power Automate ou outras ferramentas de automação;Experiência na construção de dashboards e soluções de Business Intelligence;Experiência prática utilizando IA generativa para análise de dados, automação, documentação ou ganho de produtividade;Conhecimento de SAP e/ou outros sistemas de RH;Experiência em empresas de grande porte e/ou ambientes com atuação internacional.
